LDS (Mormon) Temples: Refuge from the Storm

As a young single adult member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-ay Saints (inadvertently called by friends of other faiths The Mormon Church), I benefit regularly from worship in the Lord’s House, his holy temples. At many times in my life, the winds of discouragement, distress, and grief have blown. However, this is not unique to my life alone. This is common for all who travel the road of life. There is a place where we can find refuge from the storms of life, even a safe haven. A place where the love, peace, and light of Christ fill the soul. This is a place where we can find guidance and direction; where hope and joy can be found even in the darkness and sorrow of the world. This place to me is Heaven on Earth....
